Returns
If you wish to return an item, please contact us first at info@hakira.be within 14 days of delivery and include:
• Your order number
• The reason for your return
• Photos of the item if applicable
Returns must be approved by our team before being sent back.
Return Conditions

• The item must be returned in the original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required
Items that show signs of use or damage caused by the customer may not be eligible for a refund.
Damaged or Defective Items

Refunds
