Shipping Policy – Hakira

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship within Belgium and to selected European countries, including the United Kingdom. More regions will be added soon.

Please note: additional customs fees may apply for UK orders.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

3. Shipping Times

 

Estimated delivery times:

• Belgium: 1–3 business days
• EU countries: 3–7 business days
• United Kingdom: 5–10 business days*

*Delays may occur due to customs processing or high volume periods. Additional customs fees may apply for UK orders.

 

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Free shipping may be offered during promotional periods or for specific order values.

 

5. Pre-orders

If you’ve ordered a pre-order item, please refer to the estimated delivery date stated on the product page. All items in one order will be shipped together once the pre-order is ready.

 

6. Customs & Duties

For international orders, additional customs fees or duties may apply depending on your country. Hakira is not responsible for these costs.

7. Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. Hakira is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
